Returns Policy
If the shoes don’t fit or don’t meet your expectations, you can return them and we can either exchange for another size/design or refund you.
Note: You must return the shoes in the exact same condition as when you received them; ensure that they are undamaged and unused.
If you don’t want to exchange for another size or design, we will issue a full refund.
Lay-by Policy
Our Lay-by service is designed to make luxury accessible. It is based on a strict 50/50 Structure.
Example: The LESILO 2 loafer is R2,700
Meaning: you pay 50% (R1,350) now to secure your order, and the remaining 50% (R1,350) the following month.

NFC Authentication: Starting in 2025, every XO Privé product will come equipped with an NFC chip for authentication purposes. This chip will provide a seamless way to verify the authenticity of your exclusive pieces.
Zero-Inventory Model: By embracing a zero-inventory model, we are significantly reducing waste, conserving resources, and minimising our environmental impact. Every piece you order is crafted specifically for you, with no excess production.
